Nostalgia was Sara Truckel’s master project.
Truckel used photos from her childhood to recreate 4 distinct memories in 3D. The box was created so the viewer had to come up into the box to view the artwork as a way to immerse the viewer in Truckel’s world by blocking out all other distractions.
